Welcome to the website of Sponk, a passionate artist with a heart full of creativity and a desire to make the world a better place. We are pleased to present Sponk’s latest masterpiece at Summerjam 2023 in Cologne: An impressive, colourful graffiti lion that will light up the festival area with its presence. This is the sixth lion that Sponk has created at the festival since 2016 and it never fails to wow the audience.
Sponk has decided to use his artistic talent to do good and give something back with his creativity. We are therefore delighted to announce that an auction of this extraordinary work of art will take place at United Charity from 9 July. The auction will end on 17 August. By purchasing the lion portrait, you will not only have the opportunity to acquire a unique work of art, but you will also be supporting valuable fundraising efforts for two remarkable organisations: Viva con Aqua and Help Jamaica.
Viva con Aqua is an organisation that campaigns for worldwide access to clean drinking water. They run projects in different parts of the world to improve water and sanitation and support people in need. Every donation raised through the Sponk Auction will help Viva con Aqua continue their life-saving work and provide even more communities with this basic human need.
Help Jamaica is an organisation dedicated to education, health and environmental protection in Jamaica. They work to improve educational opportunities for disadvantaged children, make healthcare more accessible and protect the environment in a sustainable way. With the generous donations raised through Sponk’s auction, Help Jamaica will be able to expand its programmes and positively impact even more people in Jamaica.
The Summerjam Festival is a meeting place for music lovers from all over the world. It is an event that brings people from different cultures and backgrounds together to celebrate the magic of music. The festival provides a platform for artists of different genres and creates an atmosphere of tolerance, respect and love.
